Serving companies and healthcare professionals

In 2012, Sidonie Hill, Doctor of Laws, and François Xavier Testu, Full Professor of Law, founded the business law firm Testu, Hill, Henry-Gaboriau & Associates, known by the acronym STH2. They have been working together in private practice since 1994. Marie-Christine Henry-Gaboriau, D.E.S., soon joined as a partner the team Sidonie and François Xavier had put together with associates. Marie-Christine has long developed a reputable practice in the field of medical law, especially for the creation of practice and asset holding structures for specialist physicians, including radiologists. The team expanded in 2014 to include Anglo-American clients, with the arrival of two new partners: Jacques Salès, a Doctor of Laws and graduate of Harvard, who is now an honorary lawyer, and Steven Merino, a graduate of Michigan Law School, D.E.A., D.E.S.S., who is admitted to the Paris and California bars.

STH2 assists and advises French and foreign economic actors and health professionals on all matters related to the lifecycle of companies and businesses as well as on their exceptional development and external growth operations.
